...an exquisite corpse
In the year 2000 I was commissioned to design an "Exquisite Corpse" for one of the rooms of the CBC (Buñuel Calanda Center) dedicated to "Surrealism", a crucial and determining artistic movement in the development of Buñuel's work, and which rescued the "playful and participatory" aspect of this "creative tool", so used by artists of the time.
The basic idea was that the visiting public of the CBC could make an exquisite corpse, in situ. To do this, I made 12 images that would be translated into 12 magnetic cards in a square format (18 x 18 cm.) and an infographic for the support mural in such a way that the visitor(s) could spontaneously locate and relocate on the metal-based mural. , generating different images/compositions with these 12 cards.
